Every member of staff was friendly, helpful and really went out ofbtheir way to be accommodation The room on the 4th floor was great and well finished as was the recently refurbished bathroom, with a lovely and interesting sea view Breakfast was as good as any buffet breakfast in any European 5 star resort, the staff where helpful and friendly and obliging.if there's a complaint its with some of the over greedy guests taking bottles of prospect to their table and only drinking 1 or 2 glasses.there was plenty and just going up for a glass when needed worked fine though over the 2 weeks they ran out twice Dinners at the 2 restaurants open on the resort where great, though maybe a little repetitive if going half or full board with knowledgeable and friendly staff We drank in the 2 bars open and the staff in both where always friendly and helpful The spa was the smaller one as the main one is being re built but the pool sauna and out side pool where great The other pools also very good including the adult only one at the sky bar The concierge went out of her way to help us with many restaurant bookings (we are big foodies and ate in several michelin guide and starred restaurants).in dubrovnik old town and also recommended a few smaller places too The scenery if you haven't been there is amazing too and it was interesting watching the liners coming and going and the sunsets too If you are a game of throne fan there's lots to see too Michelin stared restaurant 360 Nautica restaurant Above 5 Marco Polo Are all worth looking at as food places plus the cable car up to the restaurant is also fantastic, we got an uber up and down as my wife does not like cable cars Uber is certainly the best way to travel in and out of town though the busses are regular and cheap Hope you enjoy it as much as we did … We decided on dubrovnik about 2 weeks before traveling, I read a few poor trip advisor reviews about the staff and some of the amenities, but I havevto fissures with all of them, I guess with the people it's how you approach them.
